Bring tradition to the new generation with this classic quilt-inspired baby blanket designed by Georgia Vincent and selected as winner of the Baby category in the 2023 Herrschners Afghan Contest. The traditional quilt block design is a modular pattern, with the first two squares knit individually and the remaining square added by casting on and/or picking up stitches along the sides, then adding duplicate stitch details around the border. It is knit in a combination of Herrschners Worsted 8, Worsted 3, and Worsted 8 Baby yarns. Along with the yarn and intermediate instructions, this baby blanket kit comes with a clear vinyl storage bag. This 32 x 32″ (81 x 81cm) design requires a US size 7 (4.5mm) 24″ circular needle and US size 7 (4.5mm) straight needles to complete (not included). Imported.
