Up for sale is a Brand New Seymour Duncan SSL52-1 Five-Two Strat Style Pickup White.

This vintage style staggered pole Strat pickup uses acombination of alnico 2 and 5 rod magnets custom positioned for sweet highs andtight lows.

The Five Two was originally designed for Nashville studioplayers who wanted to soften the treble attack on their highest strings whileretaining all of the articulate snap on the low strings. The result was amixture of alnico 2 and alnico 5 rod magnets that delivers the best of bothworlds. The alnico 2 rods under the G, B, E strings provide a sweetenedtreble response while the alnico 5s under the low E, A, D strings keepthem sounding clear and crisp. Combine with the Five-Two RWRP middle pickup andFive-Two custom bridge pickup for a complete setup. Like all of our vintageFender style single coil pickups, we start with the right color and thicknessof Forbon flatwork. Along with the period correct magnet stagger, this pickupcomes complete with waxed and tinned cloth pushback hook-up wires andtraditional keyed bottom plate. We hand file the flatwork, assemble, andlacquer the bobbin just as it was done during Fenders Golden Age.
