Adapted from a 1949 painting by L.S. Lowry, this needlepoint design features a view of a bridge over the canal as pedestrians walk about on a snowy winter day. The detailed city scene shows rows of houses on the snow-covered streets with smoke coming out of the factories in the distance. This needlepoint kit includes color-printed 12-mesh canvas, tapestry wool, needle, instructions. The canvas with this kit comes pre-printed with the design, making the stitching process easier and faster as you can stitch more accurately and check the chart less as you work. The 12-mesh canvas allows for a higher level of detail in the finished design. The finished design measures 15 10″ (38 x 27cm). Imported from Great Britain.
